There was an impeachment scare against the speaker on Friday. According to fillers some members of the State House Of Assembly were bent on impeaching the speaker who has led the State’s legislature since 2015.
Unconfirmed reports also insinuated that the State Governor Darius Ishaku was behind the Friday impeachment plan.
The State Governor had however refuted the allegation in a press statement.
